Training Specialist (M/F)
On behalf of one of our international clients, we are looking for a raining Specialist
Design training programs in accordance with the project's sustainability goals as outlined in the EPC's Tender Specifications.
Identify training needs related to the project's Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety (ESHS) requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop relevant and effective training content.
Oversee the implementation of training programs on the ground and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements or adjustments as necessary.
Ensure proper documentation of training activities and produce regular reports on progress and outcomes.
Provide support and ongoing training to internal teams and external partners involved in the implementation of training programs.
At least 10 years of proven experience in designing and monitoring the implementation of training programs of a similar nature on projects in developing countries.
Experience in at least one similar project involving all engineering disciplines and monitoring the implementation of environmental management, resettlement, and health and safety training programs.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both written and verbal, and good communication skills in English.

Profil recherché
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.At least 10 years of proven experience in designing and monitoring the implementation of training programs of a similar nature on projects in developing countries.
Experience in at least one similar project involving all engineering disciplines and monitoring the implementation of environmental management, resettlement, and health and safety training programs.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both written and verbal, and good communication skills in English.
