Senior Support Engineer (M/F)

Your main activities:
•Ensure IT service management aligns with Agency policies;
•Provide advanced technical support for incident and problem management;
•Share technical insights and maintain documentation;
•Identify and implement service improvement opportunities;
•Monitor and report application status, and respond to issues;
•Coordinate application packaging for deployment;
•Participate in software development lifecycle processes.

Profil recherché

Your profile:
•You have a Bachelor's in computer science, information and communication technology, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 6 years of progressive expertise in related duties;
•You speak fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
•Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
•Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust.

Your Technical Skills
•Demonstrable experience in:
oService operations improvement.
oClient and server software administration.
oDirect user support.
oITIL best practices.
oStreamlining service operations processes.
oMetrics analysis.
oServices delivery enhancement, including automated deployment and virtualization.
oApplication troubleshooting and improvement, including DevSecOps practices.
oRelational database operations.
oData and systems interoperability testing.
