You Main Activities:

• Execute work orders to maintain SLA targets, with guidance from centralized services.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Install and configure Desktop Services;
• Act as the initial point of contact for network users;
• Serve as Incident Manager for network incidents, overseeing corrective actions.
• Conduct advanced analysis and troubleshooting of Desktop Services.
• Test and evaluate supported hardware and software.
• Coordinate support requirements with Service Desk, end-users, supervisors, and managers.
• Prepare activity reports and recommendations for management review.
• Direct documentation creation and presentation of network metrics data;
• Ensure Service Desk personnel are properly trained;
• Manage Incident Support Request lifecycle services;
• Perform corrective actions to support Problem Management;
• Contribute recommendations for Continued Service Improvement and procurement processes.


Profil recherché

Your Profile:

• You have a Higher Secondary education with formal technical certification and 2 years related experience, or advanced vocational training with 3 years of experience;
• You speak fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
• Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
• Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust.

Your Technical Skills
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in CIS Service Operations;
• Minimum 1 year recent experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems;
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in PC Hardware Systems, with knowledge of Intel x64 bit systems;
• Good understanding of TCP/IP Protocols and experience with Office Automation Solutions;
• Desirable qualifications include PC hardware repair and LAN/PAN operations training;
• Knowledge of NATO CIS policies, ITIL processes, and ITU-T standards;
• Practical experience diagnosing network deficiencies and working in a Service desk environment;
• Previous international environment experience, including military and civilian elements, and knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.
