Social Managing and Monitoring Lead (M/F)
On behalf of one of our international clients, we are looking for a Social Managing and Monitoring Lead
As a Social Managing and Monitoring Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote the company's online presence and achieve its business objectives. You will also oversee all social media monitoring and analysis activities to ensure a positive reputation and effective interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
Participate in aspects of contract management, including monitoring contractor performance during construction to ensure compliance with social and gender aspects of the ESMP.
Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the social and gender components of the Construction Environmental and Social Management Plan (CESMP) during Phase 2.
Conduct post-construction evaluation and reporting on defects during Phase 3.
Report to the Project Manager and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Environmental and Social (E&S) manager.
At least 7 years of proven experience in Social Impact Assessment studies and monitoring the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRM), and Gender Action Plans (GAPs) in international projects involving transmission lines, particularly in African developing countries. Experience with Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in English.

Profil recherché
Minimum bachelor’s degree in social science.At least 7 years of proven experience in Social Impact Assessment studies and monitoring the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRM), and Gender Action Plans (GAPs) in international projects involving transmission lines, particularly in African developing countries.
