As part of a partnership with a major international organization, we are looking for a: Senior Technician (Service Desk) (M/F)

Main activities:

• Support Innovation Culture: Encourage forward-thinking approaches to sourcing.
• Implement Agile Practices: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement agile work methods.
• Ensure Governance Alignment: Ensure alignment with established governance and innovation strategies.
• Develop Inventive Strategies: Assist business units with innovative strategies, including business case development and budgeting.
• Drive Service Enhancements: Utilize key performance indicators to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor Progress: Monitor progress in processes and technology integration.
Introduce Enhancements: Support the operational application of automation and innovative approaches.
Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions.
Support Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and coordinating mitigation strategies.
Participate in Project Phases: Collaborate in requirement gathering, scoping, and planning phases of projects.
Prepare Acceptance Criteria: Prepare and maintain acceptance criteria for projects transitioning to Service Operations.
Monitor Project Transition: Support project transition monitoring and coordinate corrective actions.
Provide Backup Support: Offer backup support for higher-grade staff if required.
Perform Other Duties: Fulfill other duties as required.

Profil recherché

Your Profile:
• You have more than 3 years of experience as an Account Manager;
• You speak and write fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
• Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) responsibilities and organization, including ACO (Allied Command Operations) and ACT (Allied Command Transformation);
• You have the nationality from a country NATO nation;
• Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust.

Your Technical Profile:
• Operations processes, preferably in an Operations Centre Environment;
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with matrixed structures;
• Experience in a Business Analysis Management or equivalent role;
• Familiarity with analyzing and reviewing business processes,
project management, and preparing business documentation;
• Exposure to assessing feasibility of business process changes and recommending new approaches, with the ability to manage execution of business process improvements;
• Good knowledge and experience of Telecommunication/ Network/Information Technology solutions and products;
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile PM or equivalent;
• ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation or equivalent;
