High voltage line and substation site foreman (M/F)
On behalf of one of our international clients located in Germany, we are looking for a High voltage line and substation site foreman(M/F).
As an High voltage line and substation site foreman, your role is to :
In the field of high-voltage lines construction and in collaboration with the business manager and/or site supervisors, you will be responsible for the daily management of a construction site, including supervising work teams and handling administrative tasks related to field operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing the Site:
Familiarizing yourself with the site (briefing meeting, contractual documents, technical execution dossier, site visit, QSSE instructions, etc.).
Planning and coordinating the work to be carried out (access, civil engineering, assembly and lifting of metal supports, cable work), establishing or revising and adapting operational procedures in coordination with support services (methods).
Organizing the human and material resources available.
Preparing and managing the site facilities (sanitary installations, etc.).
Completing the necessary supplies.
Managing the Site:
Transmitting instructions to the personnel involved (organization, deadlines, equipment use).
Organizing the supply of equipment, supplies, materials, equipment locations, and storage areas.
Scheduling activities, planning resources, and assigning personnel to tasks.
Ensuring compliance with and transmission of QSSE procedures, rules, and preventive measures, especially regarding fall and electrical risks management.
Ensuring the provision of PPE on the site.
Preparing and/or validating administrative documents (time sheets, transfer forms, work permits, etc.) and intervention reports, summaries, etc.
Team Management:
Welcoming new arrivals (employees, temporary workers).
Managing a team (leading, delegating, coaching, praising, motivating).
Facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
Conducting or participating in individual and/or professional interviews.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction or electrical engineering.
Minimum of three years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the high-voltage lines construction sector.
Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing work teams and coordinating field activities.

Profil recherché
Fluent GermanBachelor's degree or equivalent in construction or electrical engineering.
