QHSE Engineer (H/F)
On behalf of one of our international clients located in Germany, we are looking for a QHSE Engineer (M/F).
The Senior QHSE Engineer is responsible for supervising and effectively implementing quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards within the company. They play a key role in developing and executing QHSE strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in QHSE:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QHSE department, providing technical and strategic leadership.
Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company's objectives.
Quality Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of quality processes.
Hygiene and Safety:
Develop and maintain a robust workplace safety program, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (ISO 45001, etc.).
Supervise workplace accident investigations and risk assessments, implementing appropriate preventive measures.
Environmental Management:
Evaluate and manage the environmental aspects of company activities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (ISO 14001, etc.).
Develop initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable development within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Bac+5 ) or equivalent in the field of quality, hygiene, safety, or environment.
Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in applicable QHSE standards and regulations.
