Intelligence System Architect/ Software Engineer (H/F)
As part of a partnership with a major international organization, we are looking for a Intelligence Intelligence System Architect/ Software Engineer (H/F)
Your main tasks:
- Organise regular engagements with the various target users to discuss client requirements;
‐ Map existing portals and underlying infrastructure;
‐ Define initial, as well as longer-term requirements as the process evolves;
‐ Develop the design, applications and user groups of the portal, including developing mock up designs of the portal architecture;
‐ Integrate and collate data from existing NATO Intelligence Enterprise databases into the portal, leaving room for the scalability of the portal and
taking into consideration interaction with tools and databases that might be developed in the future.
• You have more than 3 years of experience as an Intelligence Intelligence System Architect/ Software Engineer ;
• You speak and write fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
• Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) responsibilities and organization, including ACO (Allied Command Operations) and ACT (Allied Command Transformation);
• You have the nationality from a country NATO nation;
• Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust.
Your Technical Profile:
Experience in various areas of System Architecture/ Software Engineering including:
• SharePoint, development using the Server Side Object Model, Client Side Object Model and SharePoint Framework (SPFx);
• Software design, implementation and testing;
• Programming languages (such as JavaScript, .NET languages),
techniques and methodologies associated with the duties described above;
• Knowledge and experience in C#, HTML5 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React), Web Services, XML, JSON, ASP.NET;
• Developing tools, interfaces and dashboards;
Experience in designing search methodologies and visualisation tools, including the design of the system architecture and integrated visualisation dashboards;
