IT Support Engineer (H/F)

As part of a partnership with a major international organization, we are looking for a IT Support Engineer (H/F) :

Your main tasks:

- Installing, maintaining and monitoring changes to IT equipment (PCs, printers, networks, etc.);
- Installing and configuring various software packages;
- Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting user access, including mobile devices;
- Participating in IT security awareness campaigns;
- Assisting users in the use of tokens or smart cards for authentication;
- Other possible activities related to IT support.

Profil recherché

Your Profile:

- You have more than 3 years of experience as a IT Support Engineer;
- You speak and write fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
- Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) responsibilities and organization, including ACO (Allied Command Operations) and ACT (Allied Command Transformation);
- You have the nationality from a country NATO nation;
- Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust;


Your technical skills:

- MS Certified IT Professional;
- Experience working with Microsoft SCCM;
- Experience with Active Directory Objects;
- Knowledge of MacAfee EPO;
- LAN.
- ITSM toolkit.
