Foreman Site Supervisor

For the AlUla Project, we are seeking an experienced Foreman Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate on-site works carried out by multiple subcontractors, particularly in excavation, tunnelling.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily site activities related to excavation, tunnel
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor teams on site
- Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings,
- Monitor and control quality of works
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules and procedures
- Identify technical and safety risks and propose corrective actions
- Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, equipment, incidents)
- Act as the main site interface with the Site Manager / Construction Manager

Profil recherché

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman Site Supervisor

Proven experience in:
- Excavation works
-Tunnelling
- Rock / hard rock works (it is plus)
- Strong experience in subcontractor supervision
- Good knowledge of HSE standards on large-scale projects
- Ability to work in a demanding and multicultural environment
