Job Description:

As a Service Manager Germany, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the operational and technical activities of the After-Sales Service in Germany
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising field service technicians
- Monitoring warranties, contracts, and technical interventions
- Providing technical support for complex diagnostics
- Participating in customer meetings and monitoring SAV contracts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitoring SAV performance indicators (KPIs, costs, availability)
- Preparing activity reports and administrative follow-up
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Participating in continuous improvement actions for SAV processes
- Managing ERP / CRM / CMMS tools and the ticketing system

Profil recherché

Profile Required:

- Technical or industrial degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
-Significant experience in industrial after-sales service or field maintenance
- Skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and onboard electronics
- Experience in managing technical teams
- Good knowledge of ERP / CRM / CMMS tools
- Fluent German required
- Professional French and English required
- Italian is a plus
- Leadership, rigor, and strong organizational skills
