HVAC Project Manager (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Main Responsibilities :

1. Project Management
- Overall management of projects (technical, financial, and contractual).
- Oversight of projects ranging from EUR 5k to EUR 15M.
- Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality requirements are met.
- Managing design, execution, and handover phases.
- Handling risks, site issues, and technical decisions.

2. Studies & Design
- Participation in technical studies and HVAC system sizing.
- Validation of technical solutions in line with on-site constraints.
- Supervision of execution studies (in-house or subcontracted).
- Optimization of energy solutions (heat pumps, energy efficiency, etc.).

3. Financial Management
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Cost estimation, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Monitoring project profitability.
- Management of costs, margins, and financial reporting.

4. Business Development
- Management and development of a client portfolio.
- Response to public and private tenders.
- Participation in commercial negotiations.
- Identification of new opportunities in Luxembourg and the Grand Est region.

5. Team Coordination
- Supervision of project teams:
- Site managers.
- Design engineers / technicians.
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Interface with clients, architects, and engineering consultancies.
- Leading site and progress meetings.

Profil recherché

Candidate Profile

Education
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in HVAC, energy, or mechanical engineering.

Experience
- Strong experience in HVAC/MEP contracting companies highly preferred.
- Experience in a design office is a plus.
- Experience in project management or as a project manager.

Technical Skills
- HVAC system design and sizing.
- Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls).
- Ability to read plans and strong technical understanding.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and financial monitoring.
- Understanding of on-site constraints.
