Construction Director

As a Construction Director, you will be responsible for:

Supervising several construction and/or infrastructure projects simultaneously.
Defining the overall organization of construction sites.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring contractual deadlines are met.
Ensuring the technical compliance of completed works.
Controlling execution methods and technical choices.
Validating execution drawings and technical procedures.
Participating in technical and coordination meetings.
Acting as the interface with design offices, project owners, and project managers.
Monitoring operational budgets and controlling production costs.
Participating in the financial follow-up of projects and anticipating budget deviations.
Managing site managers and construction teams.
Organizing the human and material resources required for projects.
Ensuring strict compliance with HSE rules and quality procedures.
Participating in safety and quality audits and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Representing the company with clients and partners.
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the projects.

Profil recherché

Profile Required:

Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Public Works, or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred.
Significant experience in construction management and project supervision.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or roadworks projects.
Proven experience managing several construction sites simultaneously.
Experience in managing construction teams.
Strong knowledge of construction and civil engineering techniques.
Good understanding of public and private contracts.
Strong planning and budget management skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Leadership, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
Good command of MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent French required, English appreciated.
Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
