Site Manager – Fit-out / Finishing Works
As part of the construction of the European Investment Bank headquarters, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all fit-out and finishing works on site.
- Managing partitions, suspended ceilings, floor and wall finishes, as well as internal joinery works.
- Coordinating subcontractors and all trades involved on site.
- Monitoring work progress while ensuring compliance with schedules and deadlines.
- Controlling the quality of execution and compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
- Participating in site meetings and providing progress reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Managing interfaces with other technical packages and structural works.
- Proven experience as a Fit-out / Finishing Works Site Manager.
- Experience on tertiary projects (offices, headquarters, hotels, etc.) or high-end projects.
- Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings, finishes, and interior fit-out works.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work in demanding environments.
- Leadership, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
- Good command of site monitoring and work coordination.
- Fluent French required.
- English is a plus.
