Product Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining and guiding the commercial strategy and policy for the product range in coordination with the Product Specialist Manager and in collaboration with the Plant Director, sales teams, and marketing department.
- Define priority products to promote within the range and/or launch new products.
- Manage launch/relaunch communication to promote these products to the sales teams.
- Provide technical support to the sales department during targeted customer visits.
- Organize training sessions for sales teams on flagship existing products and new products.
- Organize demonstrations and business development actions throughout the year in regions/countries where specific needs are identified and where new products are to be promoted (customer meetings with the sales team responsible for the area).
- Identify customer needs and work with factories and the Technical Department to define new products and implement improvements to the current product range.
- In the event of tenders or complex offers, support sales teams upstream with customers to provide technical solutions adapted to their requirements.
- 10 years of experience in design offices and manufacturing plants within the railway industry.
- Strong knowledge of railway rolling stock equipment.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
- Frequent travel required (domestic and international) depending on internal and external requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English required.

Profil recherché
Skills & Requirements:- 10 years of experience in design offices and manufacturing plants within the railway industry.
