Account Manager (H/F)
As part of a partnership with a major international organization, we are looking for an COO-SSAM: SLA/SSP Account Manager
Your main tasks:
• Assist in developing Customer Agreements (SLA/SSP), resolving basic legal issues, and creating price proposals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and improve communications.
• Understand and align with customer needs within assigned portfolio.
• Manage business intake and deliver proposals following management guidance.
• Support budgetary screening process and ensure agreements meet customer expectations.
• Monitor agreement execution and participate in review meetings.
• Contribute to business planning and provide necessary reporting.
• Proactively manage customer relationships and promote agency capabilities.
• Maintain CRM for customer understanding and engagement.
• Resolve issues and support complaint handling.
• Assist in demand forecasting and process improvement.
• Prioritize activities and may deputize for higher grade staff.
• You have more than 2 years of experience as an Account Manager;
• You speak and write fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
• Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and Knowledge of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) responsibilities and organization, including ACO (Allied Command Operations) and ACT (Allied Command Transformation);
• You have the nationality from a country NATO nation;
• Your autonomy, communication skills and reliability make you a person you can trust.
Your Technical Skills:
• Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Multilateral environment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools.
• Knowledge of Service Management principles.
• Operational experience with ICT/C4ISR systems.
• ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP certification.
