QC Architect

The QC Architect will be technical figure, acting within the coordination provided by the
Project QA/QC Manager

Responsabilities and missions :

- Prepare project specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) according to specifications and Project Quality Assurance and Control System for Architectural Works
- Review and approve the project QC plans, instructions, procedures for Architectural Works
- Manage inspections, tests and works according to ITPs for Civil and Architectural Works
- Coordinate and supervise the sub-contractors, in order to ensure documents and works compliance with the contracts and quality, and project structural integrity with construction team.
- Advise the staff to implement product quality, issue reports on quality problems and issue / follow-up non-compliance with standards or regulatory requirements.
- Follow up Calibration Log for Inspection and Testing Equipment for Civil and Architecture Works
- Logging, scanning, and maintaining records and documents, pertinent to QA/QC activities

Profil recherché

- The position holder must knowledge of Quality Inspections and Testing
- Proven experience in delivering projects of similar nature
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with HSE and quality standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field
