About the Project
We are supporting a major industrial EPC project in Spain involving the construction of LPG gas storage facilities (spherical tanks).
The position is based in Paris (Nanterre) within the head office structure, supporting subcontracting activities for the Spanish project.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Subcontracting Engineer (5–10 years of experience) to manage subcontracting activities from early-stage preparation through contract award and execution follow-up.
The role is mainly focused on contractualization, subcontract management, and commercial administration, while the technical evaluation of offers is performed by operational teams.
Occasional travel to Spain may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Compile technical documentation in coordination with methods teams
Launch and manage calls for tenders
Organize and lead clarification meetings
Perform commercial analysis of offers
Draft and manage subcontracts
Handle claims (analysis, responses, formal correspondence)
Monitor purchase orders
Review and validate subcontractor invoices
Support subcontracting strategy from early phase through award
5–10 years of experience in EPC or industrial projects
Proven experience in subcontract management and contractual processes
Site exposure is a strong plus
Practical experience in claims management
Stable professional background (no career transition profile)
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
Languages – Mandatory
Spanish – Advanced Level (Mandatory)
Contract negotiation
Contract review and drafting
Participation in meetings in Spanish
French – Professional level
