ICT Officer
The ICT Officer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s information and communication technology systems, including IT infrastructure, telecommunications services, asset tracking, and user support. The role ensures secure, efficient, and well-documented ICT operations while maintaining control over company IT and communication assets.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and communication systems.
- Manage company telephone lines (mobile and fixed), including activation, suspension, cancellation, and usage monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of telecom subscriptions, SIM cards, devices, and service providers.
- Prepare and maintain IT asset inventory lists including computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Establish and manage asset assignment (zimmet) records to employees and departments.
- Track asset lifecycle including allocation, transfer, maintenance, and return processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of ICT assets and telecom services.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and business continuity procedures.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT equipment.
- Liaise with IT vendors, telecom operators, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection regulations, and internal procedures.
- Support project/site ICT needs including connectivity, devices, and communication tools.
- Prepare periodic ICT reports, asset lists, and telecom cost tracking for management.
Work is generally conducted in an office environment. However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to Construction site environment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, respiratory, and hearing protective devices.
- Proven experience in ICT support, telecom management, or IT asset administration.
- Experience with IT asset tracking systems and documentation processes is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office and common IT management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Construction/project environment experience is an advantage.

Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Proven experience in ICT support, telecom management, or IT asset administration.
