Logistics & Camp Maintenance Manager

As part of a major airport infrastructure project in the Dominican Republic, we are seeking an experienced Logistics & Camp Maintenance Manager to oversee site logistics operations, maintenance of key equipment, and overall site security control.

This role requires a highly experienced professional who is immediately operational and capable of working in a demanding international project environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Site Logistics Management
- Organize and supervise overall site logistics operations
- Monitor and manage construction equipment and materials
- Coordinate deliveries and manage critical stock levels
- Implement and optimize logistics procedures

Equipment & Facilities Maintenance:
- Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of:
- Construction equipment
- Temporary installations
- Camp/base life facilities
- Ensure equipment availability and performance
- Implement and follow maintenance plans

Maintenance Contract Coordination:
- Supervise maintenance contracts for the project's 4 cranes
- Coordinate with specialized service providers
- Monitor contractual compliance (deadlines, quality, performance)
- Plan interventions to minimize operational downtime

Site Security & Access Control:
- Manage and control site access, including: Trucks, Equipment, Personnel
- Implement security and traceability procedures
- Coordinate with site security teams

Management & Reporting:
- Supervise logistics and maintenance teams
- Coordinate with Project Management
- Provide regular reporting to the Client
- Participate in coordination and progress meetings

Profil recherché

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong background in site logistics management
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance (crane experience highly preferred)
- Experience in managing maintenance service contracts
- Immediately operational and autonomous

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment management
- Maintenance planning and monitoring expertise
- Understanding of site security procedures
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel; CMMS knowledge is a plus)

General Requirements:
- Spanish is mandatory (professional level required)
- English and/or French are considered an advantage
- Senior, experienced profile capable of immediate deployment
