Construction Manager

o Responsible for management, development and planning of one or more activities of a Marine Works construction site
o To install and prepare the site (logistics, materials, people)
o To manage all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, and you monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and workmen
o To lead, coach and supervise several skilled and experienced site execution staff members
o To manage your tasks to ensure fast project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations
o To plan the resources
o To implement and review the ISO & VCA standards
o To select, audit and supervise subcontractors
o To maintain regular contact with the customers or their representatives
o To attend important site meetings
o To report directly to the Project Manager or your Head Construction Manager on the progress and output of your own teams and suppliers

Profil recherché

o Master degree in construction engineering
o At least 10 years of relevant experience within large international (marine) construction projects, preferably oversea
o Fluent in French and English. Any knowledge of Dutch or Arabic is an asset
o Willing to move and work in Morocco
