Conducteur de Travaux Application Enrobés (H/F)

On behalf of one of our international customers, we are looking for a site supervisor or application manager specialized in asphalt for a permanent position based in Saudi Arabia.

Main tasks :

Supervision and coordination of asphalt paving work on current projects. Ensure the planning, execution and delivery of projects according to deadlines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on worksites. Implement procedures to ensure team safety and compliance with local and international regulations.

Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors. Ensure effective communication and rigorous monitoring of work.

Manage project budgets, control costs and optimize resources. Prepare regular financial and technical reports.

Maintain a close relationship with customers, respond to their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

Propose innovative technical solutions to improve asphalt pavement performance. Participate in the development of new paving methods and techniques.

Profil recherché

Engineering degree in civil engineering, public works or equivalent.
At least 10 years' experience as a site supervisor or application manager in the asphalt sector, with significant experience on large-scale projects.
Mastery of asphalt paving techniques, in-depth knowledge of materials and application processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic and French would be a plus.
Availability to work at various project sites in Saudi Arabia.
