Graduate Mining Support Engineer
Objective:
Support mining dealers and customers in the Nordic region with product support, conduct field visits, participate in troubleshooting, and assist with Condition Monitoring activities.
Responsibilities:
Technical and Operational Support:
- Assist in the assembly, commissioning, and maintenance mining equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and operational problem-solving with dealers.
- Participate in Condition Monitoring activities and assist dealers with the implementation of maintenance strategies.
Dealer Support and Training:
- Help in training dealer staff on new technologies and maintenance practices.
- Support dealers in conducting regular inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting:
- Assist in identifying improvement opportunities in maintenance and operational practices.
- Support the compilation of regular reports detailing machinery status and operational challenges.
- Analyze data to report on performance against standard KPIs and operational targets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with the Mining PS head office in Amsterdam.
- Support field visits and foster relationships with dealers and customers to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
Performance Metrics:
- Adherence to standard KPIs for managing maintenance and equipment availability.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Positive feedback from dealers and customers regarding the quality and responsiveness of support.
Experience: Entry-level to two years in mining equipment maintenance or related fields.
Skills:
- Fluent in English; Proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish, with a preference for Finnish.
- Basic knowledge of mining equipment maintenance, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
- Basic knowledge of AC Drive systems and battery vehicle technology is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region.

Profil recherché
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.Experience: Entry-level to two years in mining equipment maintenance or related fields.
