Procurement Supply Chain Logistics
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Supply Chain Logistics professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement and logistics functions related to construction projects, specifically within logistics centers and production sites. This role will involve managing the supply chain for petroleum and petroleum services materials, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and operational efficiency.
Key responsabilities :
Procurement Management:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to source technical materials
- Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to contract management and delivery schedules.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with procurement procedures and code of ethics.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Oversee logistics operations for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources to project sites.
- Coordinate transit and storage solutions, including onshore storage and offshore supply logistics.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize resource allocation.
Project Support:
- Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to identify material requirements and coordinate logistics for construction activities.
Information Technology Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of multisite network infrastructure, ensuring hardware and software align with operational needs.
- Utilize information technology to enhance supply chain management processes, including tracking and reporting systems.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement and logistics operations.
- Regularly review and analyze supply chain performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain logistics, preferably in construction or petroleum industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and information technology systems.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and ethical procurement practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Fluent in English , Arabic is a plus

Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain logistics, preferably in construction or petroleum industries.

- Proficient in procurement software and information technology systems.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and ethical procurement practices.
