Main Responsibilities:

Equipment and Facilities Management:
- Supervise the maintenance, repair, and optimal use of heavy equipment (cranes, construction machinery, concrete plants, etc.).
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Evaluate equipment needs and ensure timely procurement.

Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure material resource availability.
- Ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams).

Inventory and Logistics Management:
- Oversee inventory management for materials and spare parts.
- Ensure efficient logistics for equipment and materials, considering local constraints.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that equipment and operations comply with local and international safety standards.
- Actively participate in internal and external safety and quality audits.

Cost Optimization:
- Manage budgets related to equipment maintenance and operations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.

Profil recherché

Education:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management.

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Prior experience in the Middle East or international projects is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in managing heavy construction equipment.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of international safety and quality standards.

Behavioral Skills:
- Leadership and ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
