Social Development and Gender Specialist
On behalf of one of our international clients based in Angola, we are looking for a Social Development a Social Development Gender Specialist.
The Social Development a Social Development Gender Specialist will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the project's gender and social inclusion strategy, ensuring integration across all activities and promoting the representation and empowerment of women, youth, and marginalized groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the gender and social inclusion strategy and action plans.
- Ensure gender and social inclusion integration across project activities.
- Build capacity through training and support for stakeholders on gender and social inclusion.
- Establish and maintain robust gender and social inclusion indicators and monitor progress.
- Maintain dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders, including government, partners, and civil society.
- Advanced degree in social sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ of working experience in Social Development and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong project management skills, including budget management and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
