Digital Specialist (M/F)

As a Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital tools to enhance the performance and efficiency of mining equipment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of digital systems to support operational productivity while ensuring effective management of critical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize digital tools for tracking and managing Ground Engaging Tools (GET) with a focus on mining equipment.
- Monitor and analyze equipment usage data to enhance performance in the field.
- Coordinate between technical teams and users to ensure optimal use of digital tools.
- Develop digital strategies to improve the longevity and performance of equipment by leveraging emerging technologies.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions aligned with sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
- Train and assist local and international teams in using digital tools.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams and partners to ensure digital solutions are tailored to market needs.

Location:
- Primarily based in Ghana with regular travel to the UK.

Profil recherché

- Proven experience in managing digital solutions for industrial or mining equipment.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and data management platforms in an industrial/mining context.
- Ability to work in an international environment with frequent travel (100% between Ghana and the UK).
- Analytical, proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and the initiative to improve equipment performance.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in Africa or in mining environments is a plus.
